Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the products and services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by RIEFE LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) through its website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Customers are required to agree to these Terms before using the Services.

Article 3: Contract Formation

A sales contract is deemed to be established when the Company sends an order confirmation email after receiving the customer’s purchase request.

All intellectual property rights, including images, text, logos, and designs on the Site, are the property of the Company or third parties with legitimate rights. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

 

Article 5: Disclaimer

2. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by delivery delays, system errors, or force majeure.

 

Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
