Shipping Regions

We offer shipping within Japan and to selected international destinations. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us in advance.

 

Shipping Fees

• Domestic Shipping (Japan): Free of charge.

• International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on the destination region and package weight.

 

Shipping Carriers

• For domestic deliveries, we use major carriers such as Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.

• For international deliveries, we may use carriers such as DHL or FedEx.

 

Shipping Schedule

• Ready-to-Ship Products: Shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

• Made-to-Order Products: Shipped within 1–2 months after the order is placed (excluding holiday closures).

 

Delivery Delays

In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters.
